A: Yes we have public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We cover London, Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas within 50 miles radius.
Q: How much?
A: We first need to gather the information about the area you want cleaning either over the phone or by a site survey. Also the type of carpet or hard floor, the size, stains and condition and then we will provide a written quotation for the job.
Q: Do you do Stain Protection for carpets and upholstery?
A: Yes we provide Stain Protection for all types of fibre and fabric which is sprayed on after the clean to help against further spillages.
Q: What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
A: We use hot water extraction also know as steam cleaning. This is the best and the most efficient carpet cleaning method.
Q: Is there a minimum charge for your services?
A: Yes our minimum charge is £55.00 total, London parking and Congestion Charge will also be added.
